I'm so entirely happy with my purchase! None of my nail polishes were broken and the stand was in perfect condition as well. Also it arrived a day early which made me ever happier. I'll totally buy from here again!

My shipment was dropped and then they sent me shellac soak offs as like a parting gift for dropping the shipment when I'm using Gel. Not much of a solution for waiting an extra week.

I am absolutely horrified that I received an email on Saturday saying my items had shipped and would arrive today - Monday...only to receive an email indicating that the items were just shipped today!!! I placed my order 10 days ago, for "in stock" items!

I had placed an order and mistakenly had done it twice. I was contacted by phone and email by BigDaddy Beauty about my error. The second order was canceled and I received my products in a timely fashion. I am thankful for the excellent customer service for my first time using the online service. I will definitely order from BigDaddy Beauty again!
I was happy to find the product I was looking for online when I no longer could find it at my salon. I am looking forward to using BigDaddyBeauty in the future for my next purchase.

My order was not complete, I only received 1 of the three bottles I ordered. I paid for two day delivery, it shipped on 1 Mar and I received it 5 March. Granted it said two business days, but I was expecting it to come in on the 3rd (Saturday).
I did not see any option when I checked out to take advantage of the $15 off a purchase over $75.
