my order actually was delivered early. i also loved the the funny packaging

I ordered a pair of Vibram five fingers and paid an additional $7 to have the shoes in 3-5 business days. Instead, they were shipped a day later and then took over a week to deliver. As I plan to move out of the country tomorrow morning indefinitely, this has been a huge disappointment and quite stressful. When I did contact the staff they were condescending and actually flat out lied about the being within the shipping time of delivery with weekends excluded an all. They simply stated that it was still within the delivery timeframe, when it clearly wasn't. I will definitely not be ordering from Moosejaw again and I would discourage others from using this service.

I was sad that when I had to return the item for a smaller size it wasn't available in the same color. The other colors were $50 more so I simply returned it.
