I was disappointed that the connectors did not match the original equipment and that you do not carry a replacement connector as this issue has been raised many times with your support group. First time buyer, so I am looking forward to recieving my stuff.

I have NOT had the opportunity to try this on wood, but the splitter was delivered within 5 days of order & put together VERY easily. VERY easy online website! Thanks, KM

The product is fine, except the cord was so tightly coiled that it will require time and effort to get it straight and keep it straight.The big issue for me was the 10 days between order placement and order delivery. In this day of web commerce, such a lengthy delivery time is akin to the horse and buggy era. The main issue for me was the 7-9 day UPS shipping. Northern can't match my Amazon Prime, but I would have expected a shipping time more on the order of 4-5 days,Does the long shipping time mean that the item is not currently in stock?
